Maximum Time Frame/Minimum Attendance Percentage Chart

Understanding maximum time frame and minimum attendance percentage assists in knowing how long a student potentially has to complete their contract hours while remaining compliant with regards to the school and federal standards for attendance percentage.

Maximum Time Frame
For maximum time frame, the formula to follow is contract hours multiplied by maximum time frame percentage. Remember to use 1 as the baseline for 100%. An example here is 1000 contract hours multiplied by 150% (1.5) results in the student having 1500 scheduled hours to complete 1000 hours at school.

Minimum Attendance Percentage
A corresponding value is using a minimum attendance percentage. This value can be widely understood as a student has to attend at least this percentage to remain compliant with the school attendance performance standards.
