DAILY REPORTS
Here are a few reports that we recommend running on a daily basis.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Report
  1. Query
  2. Student
  3. SAP / Scheduled vs Actual
  4. Flags
  5. Active
This report is queried for active students; it is used to determine the SAP of each active student on a daily basis. Keep a copy in a binder, or save it to your computer so you have the SAP for each student each day on file. It is important to keep copies of this report in a binder or on your computer. You can not only look at this report daily to determine the hours a student has reached and whether or not they are in SAP (for release of funds), but also to determine whether or not they have reached their next payment period.

Leave of Absence Status Active Student Report
  1. Query
  2. Student
  3. Leave
  4. Leave of Absence Status Active Student
It is recommended that you run this report daily to see whether or not a student is due back from an LOA the following day. Once you determine that a student’s LOA ends the day you are running the report, you can contact the student to get a better idea of whether or not they plan to return. If they do not, you can utilize the time you have to get an extension of their LOA prior to the student not returning from their LOA.
