Recovering OnlineSMART Student Portal Credentials

With the student on hand, have a school administrator log into OnlineSMART and access the student's profile

Check/Update the email address in the student’s Personal tab, making sure to Save once completed at the top.

First, recover the Username by selecting the left Username toggle

    a. Enter the email address that was confirmed in step 2

    b. Enter the Student Portal login identifier for your school

    c. Click Submit

A message will be sent to that student's email with their Username

Next, they could recover the password on that page by using the right Password toggle

    a. Repeat the same process by entering in the email address the that was confirmed 
       in step 2 and the Student Portal login identifier for your school and click submit

    b. This will send a message to the student's email with a link to reset their password credential
