• Start Dates
• Graduate Status Code
• Drop Dates
• Pass Place Code
• Drop Codes
• License Exam Dates
• Reenroll Dates
• Employer Information
• Contract Grad Dates
• Actual Grad Dates

Key Rules & Exclusions

Early Withdrawal Standard:

• ≤ 899 hours → drop within 30 days = excluded
• ≥ 900 hours → drop within 60 days = excluded

Note: If a student reenrolls, they are INCLUDED (considered a committed student).

Drop Code Exclusions:

S*, T*, V*, Y*, I, U*, L, M (transfer, death, military, COVID, etc.)

Other Exclusions:

• No CIP Code (0.000)

COVID Rules:

• Special Drop Code for COVID withdrawals
• Special Grad Status codes for:
  • Not retesting
  • Not seeking employment
  • Unable to get licensed
  • Unable to find work
