Use this guide when configuring ledger postings for the WSAC Unit Record Report (URR). The tables below explain the values required for each report field and identify whether the value should be entered in the Program field or Check Number field of the ledger posting.

Important:
The WSAC Unit Record Report identifies aid types using values stored in either the Program field or the Check Number field of ledger postings. Ensure ledger entries are coded consistently to guarantee accurate report results.

Attention:

Program field values must match exactly as shown in the table below.

Check Number entries are keyword based and must contain the values shown to populate the corresponding section of the WSAC Unit Record Report.

Some report categories allow multiple acceptable values or contain special requirements. These will be identified in the Notes column.

For example, Washington College Grant requires the keyword WCG and excludes records containing Bridge.
