Reports Aren't Appearing / Allowing Pop-ups

Add Exceptions to Pop-ups Toggle On All Pop-ups

If you click on a report and nothing happens, it's possible your browser's pop-up blocker is preventing new tabs (or pop ups) from opening. Below are the steps to set up your browser to allow OnlineSMART's reports to open:

Add Exceptions to Pop-ups

The following browsers allow you to add exceptions to pop-up blocking (like onlinesmart.net) or to turn off the pop-up blocker entirely.

Google Chrome

1. At the top right click the menu icon and select Settings
   
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced
   
3. In the Privacy and Security section, go to Site Settings
   
4. Go to Pop-ups and Redirects
   
5. Next to Allow click Add
   
6. Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click Add

Google Chrome (Newest Update)

1. At the top right click the menu icon and select Settings
2. In the Privacy and Security section, go to Site Settings
   
3. Go to Pop-ups and Redirects
   
4. Next to Allow click Add
   
5. Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click Add

Microsoft Edge (New Version Update)

1. At the top right click on the More icon
   
2. Click Settings
   
3. Click on the Cookies and Site Permissions tab on the left
   
4. Select the Pop-ups and redirects option
   
5. Click the Add button enter portal.onlinesmart.net
   
6. Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click the blue Add button

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. At the top right click on the Tools icon
   
2. Select Internet Options
3. Go to the Privacy tab
4. Click Settings next to Turn on Pop-up Blocker
   
5. In Address of website to allow enter portal.onlinesmart.net
   
6. Click Add
   
7. Click Close
8. Click OK

Mozilla Firefox

1. At the top right click the Firefox menu icon
2. Select Options
   
3. Click Content
   
4. Click Exceptions
   
5. In the Address of web site field enter portal.onlinesmart.net
   
6. Click Allow

Apple Safari

1. At the top right, click Safari
   
2. Click Preferences
   
3. On the Top Row Banner, select Websites
   
4. From the options on the left, select Pop-up Windows
   
5. In the "Currently Open Websites" section, portal.onlinesmart.net should be listed. Select "unblock" from the dropdown menu.

The following browsers have no option to allow exceptions like onlinesmart.net, only a blanket option to allow all pop-ups.

Apple Safari (Potentially Outdated - See Above)

1. At the top left click on Safari
   
2. In the drop-down menu click Preferences...
   
3. Click the Security tab found on the top row
   
4. Under Web content uncheck Block pop-up windows

Microsoft Edge

1. At the top right click the More icon
   
2. Click Settings
   
3. Scroll down and click Privacy & security
   
4. Click the slider under the heading that says Block pop-ups
