If you click on a report and nothing happens, it's possible your browser's pop-up blocker is preventing new tabs (or pop ups) from opening. Below are the steps to set up your browser to allow OnlineSMART's reports to open:
Add Exceptions to Pop-ups The following browsers allow you to add exceptions to pop-up blocking (like onlinesmart.net) or to turn off the pop-up blocker entirely.
Google Chrome
At the top right click the menu icon and select Settings
Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced
In the Privacy and Security section, go to Site Settings
Go to Pop-ups and Redirects
Next to Allow click Add
Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click Add
Google Chrome (Newest Update)
At the top right click the menu icon and select Settings
In the Privacy and Security section, go to Site Settings
Go to Pop-ups and Redirects
Next to Allow click Add
Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click Add
Microsoft Edge (New Version Update)
At the top right click on the More icon
Click Settings
Click on the Cookies and Site Permissions tab on the left
Select the Pop-ups and redirects option
Click the Add button enter portal.onlinesmart.net
Enter portal.onlinesmart.net and click the blue Add button
Microsoft Internet Explorer
At the top right click on the Tools icon
Select Internet Options
Go to the Privacy tab
Click Settings next to Turn on Pop-up Blocker
In Address of website to allow enter portal.onlinesmart.net
Click Add
Click Close
Click OK
Mozilla Firefox
At the top right click the Firefox menu icon
Select Options
Click Content
Click Exceptions
In the Address of web site field enter portal.onlinesmart.net
Click Allow
Apple Safari
At the top right, click Safari
Click Preferences
On the Top Row Banner, select Websites
From the options on the left, select Pop-up Windows
In the "Currently Open Websites" section, portal.onlinesmart.net should be listed. Select "unblock" from the dropdown menu.
Toggle On All Pop-ups The following browsers have no option to allow exceptions like onlinesmart.net, only a blanket option to allow all pop-ups.
Apple Safari (Potentially Outdated - See Above)
At the top left click on Safari
In the drop-down menu click Preferences...
Click the Security tab found on the top row
Under Web content uncheck Block pop-up windows
Microsoft Edge
At the top right click the More icon
Click Settings
Scroll down and click Privacy & security
Click the slider under the heading that says Block pop-ups
