Earnings & Receivables Report Explained

This report displays financial information and calculations for each student. It will show value per hour, as well as the breakdown of what the students have paid in relation to fees, tuition, etc., within a date range.

• Provides outstanding contract balances and earned tuition for period and cumulative
• Uses Posted Date data, not Disbursed Date
• With the exception of columns H, I, J, all data generated is pulled from the student's ledger
